2015

Aaron Brooks and Ben McGrath co-founded Vamp as a way to connect brands to talented content creators for authentic social media campaigns. Out of their Sydney HQ, Vamp began building their invite-only community of influencers, focussing on quality of content over quantity of followers.

2016

Remaining true to a pro-influencer approach, Vamp's app is launched. It is designed to streamline the collaboration process, from delivering opportunities to applying for briefs, uploading content and invoicing, the app manages campaigns from end to end.

Todd Sampson joined Vamp’s board as a non-executive chairman.

2017

Following success in Australia, Vamp made its first international expansions into Asia. A Dubai office followed and Vamp became the first influencer marketing platform in the UAE to offer media licenses to creators. By the end of 2017, Vamp had reached the UK with its first European office.

2018

Vamp became a Facebook and Instagram Marketing Partner. This badge recognised Vamp’s ability to create innovative solutions, technology and marketing services.

Vamp’s platform is recognised for its technological innovation with Australian Business award win. Vamp is also named fourth fastest growing tech company in Australia by Deloitte.

2019

Vamp continues its global expansion, reaching Indonesia and working with brands such as Nivea, Rexona and HSBC. Then Japan, taking on clients Disney, Estée Lauder and Starbucks.

Gillian Findlay is appointed as Vamp's CEO.

Vamp's campaign with Adobe won 'Best Influence Campaign' at the Online Influence Awards and 'Best Influencer Marketing Campaign' at the Ewards. Its CPD was 7x lower than the industry average.

Vamp became an official YouTube Creative Partner, trained and approved by Google.

2020

Vamp’s campaign for West Elm, which achieved a 43x ROAS, won Facebook’s APAC Partner Innovation Challenge.

Closing a funding round, which raised $8.5m, Vamp announces the launch of their self-serve platform, accelerating its transition into a technology marketing company.

Vamp becomes an Official Global Media Partner of TikTok.
