That’s why Vamp surveyed more than 300 consumers about their shopping plans for this Christmas. We found many reasons for marketers to be optimistic, with 84% saying they planned to spend the same or more this year.
It also highlights the importance of digital content and social media this festive season. With 87% anticipating they’ll use online reviews to inform their Christmas shopping decisions this year and 90% answering said ‘yes’ or ‘possibly’ when asked if they’d buy a product following an influencer’s recommendation.
